Having Fun
As I look back upon my Freshman year of college, I think of lots of things. I think about how hard some of my classes were, not having to wake up at 6:30, like I did for high school, walking to class instead of driving, and most importantly the friends I have met in college. They have made my life here at Virginia Tech much much easier. They make me laugh and we never have a bad time together.
Had I not met my friends, I would be sad and depressed and sitting in my room. They raise my spirits when I am down. For instance, when I got a failing grade on my first Vector test, they were there for me, letting me know that I could defintely pull out a passing grade in that class.
While I can’t wait to have my own appartment and my own room, I will miss living in B3 (Barringer 3rd floor). I met my best friends in college in this hall. I will always have some attachment to B3 and the friends that I met here and my first year of college. I hope that I can always keep in touch with them and hang out with them as well.
