Wes’s Life

Maybe I don’t have my ending just yet, but more stanzas have been added. I’m enjoying my week as much as possible and living life for the day, best way to live sometimes. I’ll probably post more when I have an ending, or a good intermission. Here’s to life and living it the best way you can, with friends.

So I am finally here and moved in, as are my roomates. For the first week that I was here we just bummed around and played video games. So far Mario Power Tennis has been the “drug” of choice over here. Almost everyone from B3 has been over here so far and we hang out quite a bit.

Classes officially started today and so far I have had one class, UNIX. I am excited about the class because of the fact that we are working with UNIX and Linux. Guess I should install Ubuntu to one of my machines.

Hope everyone else’s first day of classes goes well for them.

I’ll be absent for a bit as I am in the process of moving into my appartment in Blacksburg, VA. Paul is already there and Derek and I are moving in tomorrow. So, hopefully all will go well. I’ll be posting regularly again once we get our cable internet.

Not much has been happening in my life recently. It seems to be all work and no play, though I do manage to play Battlefield 2 every now and again.

College is getting closer and closer, which is a very good thing. Since, we are going to have an apartment; I think this year will be awesome. No more studying with my roommate doing something else, or me studying while my roommate just sat there waiting for me to finish. I also get roommates that I like and know which certainly does help.

By the way did you know that cable will be installed in something like three weeks? Well if you are Adelphia it apparently does…

The furniture is all bought and now I just wait for a few days and we are in the apartment!! Woohoo!
