Wes’s Life

There’s a girl in my life who com­pletes my days; she’s the cap­stone. I can have a good day any old time, yet she keeps the keys to great­ness. Her smiles heal a hard exam. Her words fix my prob­lems.

What can I say about this girl? Well, most people can make me laugh. Lot’s of people can make me smirk. Yet, only so many can make me smile. And only she can make me smile like she does.

So, instead of sit­ting in my room and doing noth­ing all week, I’ve decided to start exer­cis­ing. My plan is some­thing along the lines of cardio Monday through Friday and weight train­ing on Monday, Wednes­day and Friday. I plan to give myself the week­end off, because I think there is a ‘too much’. So I’m trying to keep at it and see where it takes me.
